Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

You will receive a full refund of the order amount including the original shipping costs for a correct return, provided the entire order is returned.

Registering a return

We kindly ask you to register your return in advance via
klantenservice@mrsnoep.nl

This is not mandatory, but helps us process your return correctly and quickly.

Return conditions

If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must:

  • To be in original condition
  • To be unopened (if applicable)
  • To be returned in the original packaging
  • To be reasonably undamaged

You are only liable for depreciation of the product if this is the result of use beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Refund

After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the amount due will be refunded within 14 days via the same payment method used for the original payment.

We may wait with the refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that the product has been returned.

Return shipping costs

The costs of return shipping are at your own expense.

The costs depend on the carrier and the size of the package. Please consult the website of your carrier for this.

Exclusion of right of withdrawal - Food products

Food products, including candy and other products with a limited shelf life, fall under the legal exception to the right of withdrawal.

This means that:

  • Opened food products cannot be returned
  • Products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned
  • Perishable products are excluded from the right of withdrawal

This exclusion is in accordance with article 6:230p BW and the European Consumer Rights Directive.

Damaged or incorrect delivery

If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, we ask you to contact us within 48 hours of receipt via klantenservice@mrsnoep.nl.

In that case, we will provide an appropriate solution.

Incorrect delivery address provided

If an incorrect delivery address has been provided by mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only process an address change as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

If a package is returned due to an incorrectly provided address, additional shipping costs for reshipment may be charged.
