Right of withdrawal

You might want to return an order. Perhaps because you don't like the product, or because there's another reason you don't want to keep it. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason.

We would appreciate it if you would inform us in advance by email at info@mrsnoep.nl , so that we are aware of your return or exchange.

After canceling, you have 14 days to return the product . You will then receive a full refund. You are responsible for the return shipping costs from your address to the webshop. Depending on the size of the package, these costs range from €6.95 to €50 per package. Consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to us – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging , including all accessories. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@mrsnoep.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of registering your return , provided the product has already been received by us in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the reduction in value . Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is returned properly packaged.

Exception: foodstuffs

Food items cannot be returned or exchanged. These products are not covered by the right of withdrawal because they are perishable. After successful payment, the sale is final.

Did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mrsnoep.nl. We'll then try to change the order for you.
