Shipping and returns

We understand you want to enjoy your ordered products quickly, so we've developed a variety of shipping methods for you, from traditional to super-fast! We'd be happy to tell you more about the different options:

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped with PostNL, DPD, or DHL. From Hoorn, your order will be shipped to a PostNL, DPD, or DHL distribution center, from where it will be delivered to your door by a delivery driver. Quite a journey! But so far, with very few complaints and many satisfied mrsnoep.nl customers!

We try to ship orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM the same day. This isn't always possible; generally, all products are in stock, but it's possible that this isn't the case. In that case, delivery of your order may take a little longer.

The product page shows an estimated delivery time. If, for any reason, we cannot meet this delivery time, we will, of course, inform you as soon as possible.

Our shipments are handled by DHL, DPD, or PostNL. Delivery will generally take place the next business day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

 Delivery and not being at home

If you are not home when your package is delivered, the delivery person will try to deliver it to your neighbors. If your neighbors are not home or refuse to accept the package, you will receive a note in your mailbox asking you to reschedule. A new reschedule must be made within five business days, otherwise the package will be returned. Resending the package will incur additional costs for the customer.

Returns Policy

  • Products must be unopened for return. If products are returned opened, we cannot refund them.
    Products must be returned undamaged. If products are returned damaged, we cannot refund them.
  • Return shipping costs are at your own expense. These will not be reimbursed by Mr. Snoep.

  • You have 14 days to return unopened products. After this period, it is no longer possible to return items ordered in our webshop. Due to processing, packing, and order picking costs, we charge a €4.95 return fee for returns without a valid reason or for late orders due to your own fault.

  • Refund of the return within 14 working days.

If you've indicated in the PostNL app that your package may be left at a specific location, MrSnoep is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft if it's left unattended. We recommend always having your package delivered to your home (not a designated location) or a collection point.
