We pack your order as quickly as possible and usually ship it the same day or the next business day. In most cases, your parcel will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the delivery service.

As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you’ll automatically receive an email with a track & trace code. This makes it easy to see where your order is. Didn’t receive the email for some reason? No worries: you can always find the track & trace information in your personal account area.
