Shipping policy
We get it—you want to start snacking on your order ASAP. That’s why we’ve set up several shipping options for you, from classic to super fast! Here’s a quick overview of the different options:
Your order is packed with the utmost care and shipped with PostNL, DPD, or DHL. From Hoorn, your order goes to a PostNL, DPD, or DHL distribution centre, and from there it’s delivered to your door by a courier. Quite the journey! Luckily, we’ve had very few complaints so far—and loads of happy mrsnoep.nl customers!
Orders placed on working days before 15:00, we try to ship the same day. We can’t always guarantee this. Most products are usually in stock, but sometimes they aren’t. If that happens, delivery of your order may take a little longer.
The product page shows an estimated delivery time. If, for any reason, we can’t meet this delivery time, we’ll of course let you know as soon as possible.
Our shipments are handled by DHL, DPD, or PostNL. In most cases, delivery takes place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee the exact delivery time.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands
The Netherlands
For orders up to € 20,00, shipping costs are € 6,95.
For orders from € 20,00 to € 35,00, shipping costs are € 4,95.
From € 35,00, orders are delivered for free.
These conditions also apply when using a voucher from our partners.

Delivery and not being at home
If you’re not at home when your parcel is delivered, the courier will try to deliver it to your neighbours. If the neighbours aren’t home or don’t want to accept the parcel, you’ll receive a note in your letterbox to arrange a new delivery appointment. A new appointment must be made within 5 working days, otherwise the parcel will be returned to us. Reshipping the parcel means extra costs for the customer.
Return policy
- Products must be unopened to return an item. If products are returned opened, we can’t refund them.
Products must be returned undamaged. If products are returned damaged, we can’t refund them. - Return shipping costs are at your own expense. These are not reimbursed by Mr. Snoep.

You have 14 days to return the unopened product. After this period, it’s no longer possible to return ordered items in our webshop. Due to the costs for processing, packing, and order picking, we charge €4,95 in return fees for returns without a valid reason or for late returns due to your own actions.

If you’ve indicated in the PostNL app that the parcel may be left at a specific location, MrSnoep is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft if the parcel is left there unattended. We recommend always having the parcel delivered to your home (not to an agreed drop spot) or to a pick-up point.
