Right of Withdrawal

You may want to return an order. Maybe because you don’t like the product, or for another reason you’d rather not keep the order after all. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery without giving a reason.

We’d appreciate it if you could also let us know in advance by email at info@mrsnoep.nl, so we’re aware of your return or exchange.

After cancelling, you still have 14 days to return the product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount. The cost of returning the item from your address to the webshop is at your own expense. Depending on the size of the parcel, these costs range between €6.95 and €50 per parcel. Check your carrier’s website for the exact rates.

When you use your right of withdrawal, the product must—if reasonably possible—be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, including all supplied accessories. To use this right, you can contact us via info@mrsnoep.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after you register your return, provided we have already received the product in good condition.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for this loss in value. So please handle the product with care and make sure it’s well packaged when you send it back.

Exception: food products

Food products cannot be returned or exchanged. These products are not covered by the right of withdrawal because they are perishable. After a successful payment, the sale is final.

Did you accidentally enter an incorrect delivery address? Then please contact us as soon as possible via info@mrsnoep.nl. We’ll try to adjust the order for you in time.
