Shipping and returns

We understand that you want to start enjoying your ordered products quickly, which is why we’ve developed various shipping methods for you, from traditional to super fast! We’re happy to tell you more about the different options:

Your order is packed with the greatest possible care and shipped with PostNL, DPD or DHL. From Hoorn, your order goes to a PostNL, DPD or DHL distribution center, from where it is delivered to your door by a courier. Quite a journey! But so far with very few complaints and lots of satisfied mrsnoep.nl customers!

We try to ship orders placed on working days before 3:00 PM the same day. We can’t always guarantee this. In general, all products are in stock, but occasionally this may not be the case. In that case, delivery of your order may take a little longer.

The product page shows an indication of the delivery time. If for any reason we are unable to meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Our shipments are handled by DHL, DPD or PostNL. In general, delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands

Netherlands

For orders up to € 20.00, shipping costs are € 6.95.
For orders from € 20.00 to € 35.00, shipping costs are € 5.95.

Orders from € 35.00 are delivered free of charge.

Delivery and if you are not at home

If you are not home when your package is delivered, the courier will try to deliver the package to your neighbors. If the neighbors are not home or do not want to accept the package, you will receive a note in your mailbox to make a new appointment. A new appointment must be made within 5 working days, otherwise the package will be returned. Reshipping the package results in additional costs for the customer.

Return policy

  • The products must be unopened in order to return the item. If products are returned opened, we cannot refund them.
    The products must be returned undamaged. If products are returned damaged, we cannot refund them.
  • The return costs are at your own expense. These are not reimbursed by Mr. Snoep.

  • You have 14 days to return the unopened product. After this period, it is no longer possible to return ordered items from our webshop. Due to processing, packing and order picking costs, we charge €4.95 in return costs for returns without a valid reason or for late orders caused by your own actions.

  • Refund of the return within 14 working days.

Please note!
If you have indicated in the PostNL app that the package may be left in a specific location, MrSnoep is not responsible for loss, damage or theft if the package is left there unattended. We recommend always having the package delivered to your home (not to an agreed location) or to a pickup point.
