Warranty and complaints

  • Warranty

    We care about our products and, of course, we do our best to deliver them to you in perfect condition. A slip-up in any area can happen to anyone, even when you do everything you can to prevent it. By law, you’re required to report any defect to us within two months of noticing it. If the defect is covered by the warranty, we’ll take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

    We do not provide a warranty for breakage of chocolate bars, treat items, bags of sweets, sweet silos, lollipops/rock candy sticks, or crisps—this can always happen during shipping. Shipping of these items is at your own risk.

    Packaging 200 grams or 1 kilo
    Sometimes a slight deviation of up to 5% more or less may occur.

  • Complaints

    Sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. We recommend letting us know about any complaints first. You can do this by emailing klantenservice@mrsnoep.nl

    If this doesn’t lead to a solution, you can submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur.

    Since 15 February 2016, consumers in the EU can also file complaints via the European Commission’s ODR platform. If your complaint isn’t already being handled elsewhere, you’re free to submit it via the European Union platform.
